What was the highlight of Hotel Puebla de Antano
Good
It's a beautiful hotel in an old building. It has been nicely converted. The room was a good size and even had a wine cooler in it, although I'm not sure that it worked. The coffee maker in the room was a nice touch. Most of the staff were very helpful. The roof bar was a nice place to send time at night with great views over the city.
The hot water situation was challenging. We had to ask 2 members of staff to get it turned on, and then the system broke down the next day and had to be fixed by another member of staff. The lift ( which appeared antique) broke down on the evening of the first day and was repaired after we left. It seems that a bit more maintenance is required to have the hotel live up to its potential

Wonderful
The location is perfect and it has a great vibe. everything was very clean.
In our room, the windows would not open, and the air felt very stuffy. To get some fresh air we needed to run the air conditioner or open the front door of the room.

Very Good
This room was very well located in the Zocalo area of Puebla. The breakfast was very good. Although it was an interior room, it did receive outdoor light, so we were able to tell when morning came.
A second chair in the room would have been nice.
